Student Billing FAQs

If you need assistance, please contact our Campus Billing experts at: cbs@uci.edu.

A RETACH or REJACH account item type denotes that a payment made to UCI via electrnoic transfer (aka ACH) has been returned by the bank for some reason. This account item type does not reflect why the payment was returned, just identifies that a payment was returned. Payments can be returned for reasons such as: the account does not have enough funds, the account has been closed, or the account could not be found (a typo in the account number perhaps).

You should contact a residency deputy in the Registrar's office. You can contact them via email at: regres@uci.edu.
